  • 5 years with AT&T Bell Labs – Government Systems: Participated in the inception, creation and development of first fiber optic systems and devices for specialized US-Navy and US Air Force applications. Specialized in high-tech Proposals, White Papers and Presentations to Pentagon Program Offices and Members of Congress/Senate Arms Committee (Undersea Lightwave System presentation in Library of Congress - Classified).
  • 5 years with LORAL Electronics – Transitioning R&D into Production, automating manufacturing lines, and producing Radar Warning Receiver systems for F14/15/16/B1B + Sonobuoys for submarine detection & tracking.
  • 5 years with AT&T – Government Systems – Technical Manuals for installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of secure telecommunication systems (Panama Canal Zone – Mil Applications), participated in the creation of 1st digital sonar system for USNS Zeus – Bottom Mapping for cable-layers, C3I for USNS cable layers and cable repair tugs, recovery system for “lost” sea plow in the English Channel.
